I am a Pathologist, General Medicine, Physician and Surgeon Certified by both Hawaii & California Medical Boards.
I acquired my bachelor’s degree from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut where I majored in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. After graduating from Yale, it was off to Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington DC, for my MD Degree. I then headed over to Wall Street where I served as the CEO of health.net.
Shortly after health.net was acquired, I sat on three different boards of medical technology companies, all while practicing regenerative medicine in Hawaii and Illinois. During my time in Illinois I was a treating physician and expert witness for the Chicago police and fire departments.
Now I continue to expand the transition of research in regenerative medicine into the clinical arena both in product development, laboratory testing and procedures. Some of my hobbies include aquariums, photography, science fiction and cooking.
